VPureMix® Low Shear magnetic coupled mixers have been specially designed for requirement profiles where the highest level of safety and sterility is required. The hygienic design ensures optimum protection against contamination.
This mixer technology ensures maximum product safety, as the magnetic coupling eliminates risks associated with a conventional shaft feedthrough. In this way, leaks and contaminations can be anticipated in the long term.
Likewise, the system allows contactless real-time monitoring of the speed and direction of rotation of the mixing head. The optional magnetic field sensor is responsible for this. This contributes significantly to increasing process reliability.
