Job profile
You will visit both new and existing customers in The Netherlands to help them select the right pump systems. As a permanent contact person for a large existing customer portfolio, you know better than anyone else how to strengthen these relationships, through your extensive technical knowledge, commercial experience and solution-oriented attitude. You can offer customer-tailored service in a valuable and sustainable way. Not only are you responsible for these existing customers, you are also responsible for bringing in new prospects/customers. After you have analyzed the customer’s needs, you prepare a quotation and once it has been signed, you initiate the entire ordering process. In close collaboration with the technicians, you will continue to closely monitor this process until after installation with the aim of optimal customer satisfaction.
Expected
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably electromechanics, or equivalent experience in the technical sector. You are customer-oriented, think solution-oriented and see opportunities, are a go-getter and driven to score. You like variety and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders.
