Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business development representative, to support Insens’ growth. If you want to integrate an ambitious and growing company to boost your career, you’re in the right place ! You will be part of the Sales team responsible for building relationships with new clients in various industrial sectors and markets. You will work closely with our customer success team throughout the customer journey. --> You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English. --> 3+ years of full-time work experience in industrial environments (in the petrochemical or pharmaceutical is a plus). --> Proactive and hands-on attitude, with an eagerness to learn. --> Strong interest in a commercial role and working with clients. --> You are passionate about extending your professional network and approaching new customers by jointly creating solutions for their pain points. --> Demonstrable affinity with technology and our values. --> Excellent stakeholder management skills and great team player.

Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:

Generate and develop commercial leads :

Your main focus will be growing new business for Insens, detecting opportunities, identifying specific customer needs and translating these into the specific Insens customer approach

Specialize in focus sector and research market segments :

Your Key role will be pounding the pavement in the target sector like petrochemical, chemical and pharmaceutical.
You also grow our existing customer base.

Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.

Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development.

Lead customer negotiations.

Requirements 📚

–> You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
–> 3+ years of full-time work experience in industrial environments (in the petrochemical or pharmaceutical is a plus).
