In the position of Outside Sales Engineer, you and your team will ensure that targets are met. You have proactive contact with customers, but also internally within the KROHNE group with our product specialists, planning and engineering departments.

On a daily basis, you advise customers both by telephone and in writing about requested products, prices, payment options, special sales promotions and services. You inform them about delivery deadlines
delivery capacity and handle any complaints. You also calculate sales prices with ease and prepare quotations. You assess enquiries and orders with corresponding specifications and take care of the timely processing of quotations. It is therefore useful if you have organizational skills, can set priorities and recognize pitfalls.

Our GRP department designs and installs structures (railings, ladders, stairs, platforms, bridges) in glass fiber reinforced plastic for various sectors.

As our project manager you are the most important link for our customers. This way you ensure correct calculations, which ensures a nice flow of communication internally and externally. You respond proactively to both new and existing customers and always look for the best solutions.

Responsibilities
– Building customer relationships
– You make calculations and prepare the quotation accordingly
– You measure on site and think about the appropriate solution
– You make drawings yourself or provide the necessary information to a fellow draftsman. You then order the required materials to realize the works.
– At the start of a new site, you supervise the technicians and follow the further progress of the project
– You offer the customer support from the start until after installation

Vous êtes en possession d’un permis de conduire B
Vous habitez en Wallonie.

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably electromechanics, or equivalent experience in a technical sector. In the position as a Service Technician, you will perform work at the request of the customer for the commissioning, assembly, repair and maintenance of delivered appliances/equipment. Your work at the customer meet the quality standard set by KROHNE, not only on a technical level, but also in your contact with the customer. Furthermore, you will be involved in:
– Writing accompanying service reports for proper handling after each customer visit;
– Frequent contact with your colleagues in the field and in the office in order to achieve a correct settlement.
