Inside Sales Engineer

At the end of 2024, you will to have 2000 (!) orders to your name. That's not a bad start in your new role as Inside Sales Engineer! You will be responsible for all 'light touch' accounts throughout the Benelux. That means many different customers who occasionally place an order or have a technical question about their pump or seal. By offering excellent service to this group of customers you create potential to generate more sales. You spend most of your time focused on 10 to 20% of the total number of orders. The customer calls or emails you for appropriate advice on new pumps, spare parts or sometimes even modifications. It is up to you to understand what the customer wants and what he (actually) needs. Besides reactively providing our customers quickly and thoroughly with the best technical and commercial advice, you are also expected to work on growth and also proactively approach (old and/or potential) customers.
