Viking Rotary piston pumps

Rotary piston pumps are self-priming, positive displacement pumps suitable for pumping liquids ranging from watery to highly viscous (1 – 440,000 cSt) with or without solids.
The rotors rotate without contact with each other and are made of non-galling Alloy 808. They operate with a long line seal combined with rigid, thick shafts (material 17-4PH) and small clearances (less than 0.1 mm) between the rotors and the pump housing.
This design allows pressures of up to 34 bar to be achieved.
These hygienic pumps are made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel. The gearbox is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The pumps meet the highest hygienic requirements
