Inhoud:

Als fabrikant van sportschoenen, sportkleding, sportuitrustingen en accessoires is Nike één van de bekendste en grootste leveranciers van sportartikelen ter wereld. Ook op het gebied van onderhoud streeft Nike naar wereldklasse. Mainnovation onderzocht op welk vlak verbeteringen konden worden doorgevoerd. Op basis van een VDM^XL-audit werd duidelijk dat Nike gebaat zou zijn bij meer inzicht in de belangrijkste indicatoren om sturing te geven aan de onderhoudsorganisatie. Het VDM^XL Control Panel (VCP) werd geïntroduceerd. Dit KPI dashboard maakt gebruik van de data uit het EAM systeem.
In deze masterclass zal Nike onder andere laten zien op welke gebieden het gebruik van dit KPI dashboard heeft geholpen om de prestaties duurzaam te verbeteren. Mainnovation licht toe hoe de belangrijkste KPI’s en onderliggende PI’s real time worden berekend en gevisualiseerd. Op basis van dit inzicht kunnen de juiste acties ondernomen worden, om zo continu te verbeteren.

As a maintenance provider for its sorting mail equipment, Solystic stands out with an innovative service offer. It is based on contractual performance commitments managed by using CARL Source CMMS, a structuring tool shared with the end customer. The customer has thus a real-time view of the state of its equipment and of all its maintenance processes.
During the seminar, the focus will be on contract monitoring, optimized management of equipment maintenance and associated costs thanks to the CMMS.
