TCP ElectraForce – Electrically Driven Tank Cleaning Head

The TCP ElectraForce is the professional solution for powerful and controlled cleaning of IBC containers and drums. This electrically driven cleaning head combines high pressure with fully adjustable rotation speed for maximum process control.

With operating pressures up to 200 bar, the ElectraForce removes stubborn contamination with ease. The rotating jets ensure complete internal coverage without dead zones.

The unit is powered by a 24V electric drive and is supplied complete with a 230V–24V control cabinet with integrated speed controller. The rotation speed can be easily adjusted using the rotary knob on the control panel.

Its compact design allows easy insertion through standard IBC or drum openings, making it ideal for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
