Quattroflow EZ-Set – Fast replacement of single-use pump heads

With the Quattroflow EZ-Set, single-use pump heads can be replaced faster and more easily, without tools. The system is available for QF150 and QF1200 single-use pumps.

Thanks to the embossed design on the pump head, it can be manually exchanged within 30 seconds, even while wearing gloves. Ideal for cleanroom environments where speed and safety are critical.

New pumps can be delivered with EZ-Set by adding “EZ” to the pump code. Existing pumps can be retrofitted by replacing the pump chamber, pressure plate and shaft.
