It handles vacuum up to 0,001 mbara however is typically used in the roughing area. Its an ideal technology to replace steamjets and possibly additional roots pumps in destillation processes, filtration, molten salt reactors, ... Due to its high tolerances, nitrogen system, sealless design and oilless drives, its extremely suitable in highly sensitive applications.
