Your mission is to develop and maintain structured customer relationships, analyzing technical needs and coordinating with internal teams to implement appropriate solutions.

Your main tasks

You will make regular visits to industrial customers and liaise with various contacts within customer organizations, including maintenance, engineering, production, and purchasing departments.
You will study technical requests, whether for existing needs or new projects, taking into account operating constraints and the specific requirements of the facilities.
You will work closely with internal specialists to size, select, and define the technical solutions proposed.
You will follow up with your existing customers and take concrete, targeted actions to develop your portfolio.
