Job description
As Key Account Manager, you manage and develop the customer portfolio in East and West Flanders. You advise clients, identify business opportunities, negotiate prices, and collaborate with Internal Sales and Product Specialists on offers. You build long-term relationships, develop clients into key accounts, and maximize cross-selling. You monitor market developments and translate them into concrete actions. Clear communication, client focus, and results orientation are essential.
Profile
Bachelor or master’s degree, technical or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in technical-commercial roles
Affinity with technical products
Fluent in Dutch, good French and English
Commercial and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills
Analytical, strategic, autonomous, results-driven
Stress-resistant and proactive
Proficient in MS Office; ERP (Business Central) a plus
Basic VCA certificate or willing to obtain
Willing to travel frequently within East and West Flanders
