Job description
As Key Account Manager, you manage and develop the customer portfolio in Wallonia. You advise clients based on product knowledge, identify business opportunities, and negotiate prices and conditions. You collaborate with Internal Sales and Product Specialists to prepare and follow up on offers.
You build long-term relationships, develop clients into key accounts, and maximize cross-selling opportunities. You monitor the Walloon industrial market and translate trends into concrete actions. Clear communication, client focus, and results orientation are essential. You report to the Sales Manager and contribute to achieving company goals.
Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
Experience in industrial technical sales
Affinity with technical products
Fluent in French, good Dutch and English
Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
Analytical, strategic, autonomous, and results-driven
Persistent and stress-resistant
Proficient in MS Office; ERP (Business Central) a plus
Basic VCA certificate or willing to obtain
Frequent travel in Wallonia
