VEGAMIP: Microwave emitter for level detection of bulk solids and liquids
The VEGAMIP is the emitting unit of the microwave barrier for level detection of bulk solids and liquids. Typical applications are the detection of bulk solids in silos, bunkers and crushers as well as of liquids in tubes and vessels. The non-contact measuring principle has no direct contact to the medium and guarantees wear and maintenance-free permanent operation. VEGAPULS AIR - Our new autonomous level sensor
VEGA ontwikkelde een geheel nieuwe serie meetsystemen waaronder deze autonome niveausensorsystemen op basis van krachtige 80GHz-radartechnologie. De nieuwe autonome radarsensoren komen medio 2020 op de markt en zijn dan volop leverbaar – geoptimaliseerd voor processen in de logistiek en de meet- en regeltechniek. Zuinig omgaan met energie stond bij de ontwikkeling voorop. Daartoe werden de meetprestaties, de draadloze gegevensoverdracht en het energieverbruik optimaal op elkaar afgestemd. Batterijen zorgen nu in combinatie met geoptimaliseerde meetcycli voor het energiemanagement, waardoor een looptijd van 10 jaar wordt gewaarborgd. Draadloos zijn de autonome sensoren van VEGA voordelig, flexibel en betrouwbaar – en via plug-and-play snel geïnstalleerd. Daarom kunnen ze in de meest uiteenlopende scenario's, overal waar niveaus moeten worden gemeten, betrouwbaar worden toegepast. Het is daarbij om het even of het om opslagtanks met chemicaliën gaat, om containers met reinigingsmiddelen die regelmatig moeten worden vervangen of om vuilcontainers die staan te wachten om te worden opgehaald.

VEGAPULS 6X: VEGA’s simple radar formula for better processes
VEGA ushers in a new era in level sensing with the radar sensor VEGAPULS 6X. With VEGAPULS 6X, VEGA radar “thinks” in a new way. The result: A new radar sensor that can measure in every conceivable level application. The times when users had to choose the right level measuring instrument from a multitude of different ones are now history. Traditionally, the search for a suitable radar level sensor begins by asking which frequency would be best for the specific application, or by determining the properties of the medium, the temperature ranges involved and the process fittings required. Until now, choosing an instrument was a laborious task, but VEGA is now transforming the process completely with its new VEGAPULS 6X. “Ultimately, it’s not the sensor that counts, but what the users can achieve with it in their individual processes,” says Florian Burgert, who, as a product manager, has been closely involved in product development from the very beginning. “Just knowing that they’ve chosen the best possible measurement solution and that they’ll reach their goal faster with it makes a big difference in their everyday operations.”
VEGAPOINT 21 - Détecteur de niveau

Avec cet appareil, nous nous adressons en particulier aux secteurs des boissons, des produits alimentaires et de la pharmaceutique. Le design arasant du VEGAPOINT 24 permet des possibilités d’ultilisation universelles. Même les racleurs de nettoyage passent en toute sécurité sur la pointe de mesure plate sans l'endommager et ainsi une pointe de mesure qui résiste également aux projections de sable.
