About us
Proceq can look back at a long history, backed with loads of experience. The company was founded in 2001, specializing in heat exchangers as well as in pressure vessels, condensors and gas coolers.
In 2015, Proceq enters a new era of further professional development and growth. Existing clients get accompanied by brand new ones. Gradually, Proceq gets more specialised in more complex solutions. It adds a large amount of engineering and knowledge to the process equipment industry.
Yet, the focus remains unchanged: heat exchangers, condensers and gas coolers, pressure vessels, skids and derivates. Throughout everything it does, Proceq puts a strong focus on tailor-made work, from designing and calculating to producing and installing. That is why we do not have a product catalogue, every piece of equipment we develop and build is truly unique, fully based on the expectations of our clients.

Products & services
Heat Exchangers
The chemical and petrochemical sector, pharma, food & beverage, tank cleaning, water, water purification,…: they all have their specific needs when it comes to heat exchanging. We design, develop, produce, test and deliver your tailor-made solution. Shell & tube constructions are designed and produced according to your needs. This also holds for more complex heat exchangers with particular demands. Think of heat exchanging between fluids, steam generators, vacuum condensors, heat regeneration from burning gases,… Even special constructions can be made, such as falling film evaporators and reboilers. We think alongside our client, taking into account all its needs, be they detailed or just a small sketch. We have our inhouse engineers and skilled welders, advanced software, welding robots and in-depth knowledge of local and international directives (ASME VIII Div, AD Merkblatt, EN 13445,…). Throughout the years, we gained experience with different materials: CST and RVS, Hastelloy, titanium, duplex,…
Condensors and gas coolers
DO NOT SPILL HEAT Process air flows often contain a lot of heat that gets spilled. Fortunately, this can be stopped. In an optimized process structure, regaining heat is an important step. Examples are smoke gas coolers, smoke gas condensers and economisers, process air coolers, even with finned tubes,… We can also design and produce other products, such as air-preheaters and top condensers. Needless to say, we take into account all your specific needs and demands, just as we consider all national and European legislation, PED- and other international directives.
Pressure Vessels
TAILOR-MADE PRESSURE VESSEL For sure, we have the expertise to build pressure vessels. But rather than producing straight and simple vessels, we have specialised in vessels with extra complexity. The more complicated the request of our client, the happier we feel, and the more value we can deliver. For instance, we can build vessels up to 200 bar, or pressure vessels with internal filters or heat exchangers. Need a final polish? We are good at painting, staining, passivating, sand blasting, zinc casting, … Just as in anything else we do, here as well our approach is 100 % tailor-made. From design and calculation to producing, finishing and delivery. We take the pressure away from your pressure vessels…
Skids
FULLY TAILOR-MADE Sometimes, a compact heat exchanging structure is needed. To this extend, we can install different equipment pieces on one skid. Here again, we start from your specific demands. Need an extra ventilator? Valves or a pump? Electric board? We install everything together and deliver a plug&play stand-alone unit perfectly fitting your process environment. We work fully tailor-made. We think, design, build, test and install for you!
Maintenance and repair
The life of process equipment can be hard at times! Corrosion, a leak, a nozzle in need for more flow, … But there is no need for panic, as Van de Walle is here to maintain and repair, based on years of expertise. We clean, adapt, repair, fix, do new testing and get new homologation, … Thanks to our fast interventions, your downtime will be put down to the minimum. Mostly, we do repair work in our workshop. But we can also intervene at your premises. Once again: we work fully tailor-made.
