About us
Industrial mixer supplier with own mechanical workshop and distributor of NOV mixers.
More than 70 years ago Mervers was founded as an assembly workshop for repair work in shipbuilding. In the early seventies industrial blending systems for the Belgian market were developed. Nowadays Mervers applies this know-how to create blending systems to serve the market in various countries.
Recently Mervers moved its facilities to Zwijndrecht (Antwerp). A brand new workshop was inaugurated.
In the course of time Mervers designed a standard series of top- and side-entry mixers. With its own developments Mervers also concentrates on custom made solutions.
Applications are to be found in the chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, sugar, starch, refining, paint factories and all other sectors in which blendable raw materials are processed.
Apart from specialisation in agitators, machine work constitutes a vital part of Mervers’ activities. They are specialised in accurate CNC machine work for large machine parts.

Top Entry Mixer
Mervers has been supplying mixers to the process industry for over 40 years. Mervers’ process team of experienced engineers are able to focus on the special needs of the industry.
Side Entry Mixer
Mervers has a standard series of appliances for storage of oils and chemical products. They also have many applications in wastewater treatment.
Dispersers
Mervers has a standard series for dispersing and emulsifying products, like varnishes, paints, inks, starch solutions, chalk, latex,... The selection of the right blending machine is based on a rich experience in these applications. If necessary, lab tests or full-scale tests are carried out. From a large spectrum of turbines a selection is made in view of the best process result.
IBC-Stands
In order to be able to mix at various locations and in various tanks, our engineers developed a practical and user-friendly mixer stand. Complete standard construction in stainless steel and in full compliance with EC machinery directives. The following executions are available: floor mount wall mount mobile Stand is lifted either by hand (winch), or pneumatically. Lift up to 2000 mm. Standard, yet somewhat adaptable on request. Consult our sales engineers. Stands for IBC-containers. Mobility and flexibility are the strong features of our mixer stands.
