Slide Gate Valve
L-inc's individual and field-proven ash slide valves for combustion residues of different, solid fuels. We plan, design and manufacture solutions adapted to your requirements for fly ash, grate ash, bottom ash, both in wet and dry operation. - Incorporated with self-cleaning stainless steel blades and different kind of seats for easy maintenance and adjustment - Welded-or machined constructions - Low leakage design over gate and to atmosphere - Zero leakage by use of “sealing air” or “inflatable gasket seal” - Max. temperature :-30°C to +950°C - Max. pressure < 100 mbarg - Size : 100 - 1000 mm in round-or rectangular execution - State-of-art engineered drive & actuator systems

Refractory Lined Dampers
Refractory-lined butterfly dampers are engineered to isolate and control high temperature process gas while reducing heat loss to ambient and providing erosion protection for the frame. Cast or gunned internal frame refractory linings are available for butterfly-and guillotine dampers. Refractory anchors are welded to the frame in an alternating pattern. Various seat configurations are available providing low downstream leakage. A thermal barrier is provided between shaft and actuator to protect the actuator. Blade designs are available with optional insulation jackets to reduce downstream heat loss. Care is given in selecting and positioning bearings and packing to ensure operation. - Guillotine or butterfly single-or louver design - Up to +1280°C with low or negligible pressure - Water-or air cooled internal parts for high continious temperature possible - DN250 up to DN 1800

Radial Vane Control
Radial Vane dampers are multi-bladed dampers that are best suited for fan inlet applications where the use of such a damper can enhance the performance of the fan. By creating a positive swirl distribution at the inlet of the fan this facilitates the fan operation and therefore reduces horsepower consumption. - Max. P : < 100 mbarg - Max. T : -30°C up to +400°C - DN300 – DN 2000 - Center blade support, shaft guiding & adjustable linkage systems ensures easy maintenance

By Pass Damper
Diverter dampers are best suited for applications where flow diversion (change of direction) is required. Isolation is fundamental and pressure drop must be minimized. Unlike louver and butterfly dampers that have blades that remain within the gas path during normal operation, flap-type diverter dampers have a design that inherently reduces pressure drop. Flow diversion can be achieved by different combinations of equipment by utilizing a pair of louver dampers or a pair of guillotine dampers. While these options can be good for many applications, the flap-type diverter damper remains a preferred choice when tight shutoff, low pressure drop, safety, ease of installation and power consumption is taken into consideration. Flow diverter damper will direct gas to a waste heat recovery system or in by-pass mode through silencer or stack. - Can be produced with 1 flap (DIV) diverting the flow or as 2 flaps mounted in a T-piece (BPD) flap, multi-louvre or butterfly design - Max. P : < 0,1 barg - Max. T : -30°C up to +600°C - DN300 – DN 2000 (bigger sizes on request)

Guillotine Damper
Guillotine dampers are single-bladed dampers that are best suited for applications where flow isolation is fundamental and pressure drop must be minimal. Unlike louver and butterfly dampers that have blades that remain within the gas path during normal operation, guillotine dampers have fully retractable blades and therefore cause no pressure drop in the system. - Incorporated with self-cleaning stainless steel blades and optional type of seats for easy maintenance and adjustment - Low leakage design over gate and to atmosphere - Zero leakage by use of “sealing air” or “inflatable gasket seal” - Max. temperature :-30°C to +650°C - Max. pressure < 100 mbarg - Round, square -or rectangular welded design - Size : 250 - 3000 mm

Louver Damper Valves
Louver dampers are multi-bladed dampers that are best suited for applications where precise modulation is fundamental. The louver type damper is one of the most commonly used dampers due to its ability to gradually control the flow through the ductwork and yet still maintain an adequate level of isolation when the damper is shut. The use of an opposed blade design versus a parallel blade design offers additional flow modulation capability. - Round, square or rectangular welded design - Multi-blade both opposite and parallel - For open/closed service, fixed flow balance and variable air flow control - Max. temperature :-30°C to +850°C - Max. P < 100 mbarg - Heavy duty adjustable blade linkage & shaft support ensures precise blade movement - Size 250 - 3000 mm

Butterfly Damper
Butterfly damper valves are single-disc dampers that are best suited for applications where flow isolation is fundamental. Unlike multi-bladed louver dampers, this single-bladed damper is less precise for modulation but is ideal for high-cycle on/off applications as well as harsh environments where abrasion, corrosion and dust loading are present. Tandem butterfly damper configurations with seal air fan can provide complete isolation when the damper is shut and the seal air fan is in operation. - Round, square or rectangular welded design - Size : DN 250 - DN3000 - Perfect for open/closed service or flow control balancing - Max. temperature :-30°C to +850°C - Max. pressure < 100 mbarg - Geometrical tightness : 95% up to 99,7% or 100% with sealing air-or inflatable seat option
