For many years, Jadiflow BV has been selling a wide range of high-quality, hygienic process components. We support our clients with extensive technical process and product knowledge. Where necessary, we also provide professional after-sales service to ensure optimal and trouble-free operation of systems.
We recently expanded our offering by acquiring a company specializing in plate heat exchanger maintenance. This allows us to now also support our clients with inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and service of plate heat exchangers.

Hygienic plate heat exchanger
Jadiflow hygienic plate heat exchangers are specifically designed for use in food, dairy, and beverage applications, as well as other applications with strict sanitary requirements. Jadiflow hygienic plate heat exchangers utilize FDA-compliant materials. These plate heat exchangers feature stainless steel frames designed for easy access for quick and easy inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.
Heat exchangers
MBS offers a wide range of various types of (scraped-surface) tubular heat exchangers for applications in the industrial, food, and pharmaceutical sectors. Jadiflow sells a wide range of MBS (scraped-surface) tubular heat exchangers, each with its own specific characteristics. These shell and tube heat exchangers are used for in-line heating or cooling of low- to medium-viscosity products.
Bardiani butterfly
The VVF is a manual butterfly valve which cuts off and monitors fluids in the process flow by movements of opening and closing. Characterized by a simple and elegant design and engineered to be extremely reliable, it is commonly used in many different applications requiring ample product passage. Available in versions with a plastic 5-position handle, stainless steel 4-position handle or with a millimetric regulation handle for precision measuring of fluid passage.
Bardiani valve
Bardiani offers a wide range of various types of manual and air-operated valves for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. These high-quality valves are manufactured from solid bar stock and are available with various connections, actuators, seals, and (ATEX) Top Unit control modules.
Omac pump
Lobe pumps are valued worldwide for their robustness and performance, ensuring excellent service, a long lifespan, and easy and inexpensive maintenance. This B series consists of 16 models.
CSF pump
This type of hygienic centrifugal pump is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The special design of the CS pump series ensures high efficiency and top performance.
Ygros valves
The hygienic check valve fully meets the ever-increasing hygiene requirements of the market. It is manufactured from a single piece of solid 316L stainless steel. Thanks to its smooth finish and springless design (no dead spots), this valve is very easy to clean. The hygienic check valve is specifically designed for companies in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
PA-AM piston pumps
PA-AM piston pumps have product-contacting metal parts made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Mirror-polished both internally and externally. The long version allows the pump cylinder and inlet port to be immersed directly in drums or barrels. The powerful double-effect pneumatic motor, protected by a stainless steel sheath, offers a wide range of flow rate and pressure performance.
