Products & services
Pressure vessels
In this department, we elaborate and follow up any projects from A to Z... including the technical calculations, the design, the complete execution, and the testing and follow-up of the necessary inspections. Pressure vessels – both large and small – as well as pressure vessels for industry, such as fine pharmacy with a very fine finish... everything is feasible. Pressure vessels can be manufactured according to the standards listed below: • PED2014/68/EU • ASME VIII div 1 • AD2000 Merkblätter • EN13445 Deprest is ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2/BS certified and possesses all the necessary EN9606 welding certificates and welding procedure certificates according to EN15614 and ASME IX Pressure vessels can be made of: • Carbon steel (P265GH, ) • Stainless steel 304, 316, 316Ti, 904L, etc. (separated steel processing) • Special materials such as Hastelloy (including C22, C276, etc) Duplex and other alloys
Vessels and storage tanks

Chocolate tanks and pumps
In a separate department we manufacture chocolate tanks with a capacity up to 50 tons, fitted with agitator, heating systems (double-walled or with deposition-welded coils) and fittings. Tanks are made both in stainless steel and in carbon steel, or in a combination of the two.Of course chocolate should be broadly interpreted: all possible butter- and fat tanks are feasible. The chocolate pumps that we sell are specially made for pumping chocolate. Slightly adapted versions are also suitable for fat, asphalt or other viscous products. Naturally we not only sell pumps but spare parts as well, and we provide services and advice if needed.
Filters - devices and equioment
Plate filters, reactors, fat melters, separators, breakers, sugar roasters, etc. We have ample possibilities to manufacture specific equipment and devices for the pharmaceutical, fine pharmacy, food and chemical industries. There are various possibilities in terms of finishing of the vessels. In most cases, pressure vessels and boilers require an industrial finish, but pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals often require a very fine finish and a very smooth surface.
General metal construction and welding
All our welders are certified. As a result, the execution of the necessary laser welding by certified welders presents no problem whatsoever. Furthermore, we have, of course, sufficient knowledge and machines in-house in order to make ‘ordinary’ metal constructions, which, in any case, we do regularly.
