Engineering and Automatization of Filtration Systems
Arranged BV has a dedicated team of mechanical and automation engineers who can design the most efficient filtration system for your application using disposable filter cartridges. Our filtration system can be equipped with ports to communicate with or work together with filling lines or weighing devices. Flow rates range from 5 to 100 l/min.
Membrane Filter Cartridges
There are two main distinguishing features of membrane filter cartridges: A) Hydrophilic membranes can be easily wetted with water and are preferred for the filtration of aqueous solutions. 1. PVDF is resistant to a large number of organic solvents, making it an all-round membrane. 2. PES (polyethersulphone) with very high porosity and an asymmetrical pore structure ensures excellent throughput rates. B) Hydrophobic membranes are used for filtration in the solvent and fine chemical industries. 3. PTFE is a chemical- and temperature-resistant fluoropolymer. PTFE is frequently used due to its strength and broad chemical resistance. Hydrophobic PTFE membranes can be used for the filtration of organic solvents and gases. 4. UPE is a polyethylene membrane used in the manufacture of semiconductors for the filtration of high-purity chemicals. Separation rates up to 5 nanometres! With our membrane filters, we focus on life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medicine, biotechnology, microelectronics, semiconductors and fine chemicals.
Filter Capsule
Filter Capsule from mini to large, for all kinds of industries, from chemical, pharmaceuticals to semiconductor. We probably have the largest range in Europe, micron ratings from 0.1 to 200 micron, materials from PP to PVDF, more than 25 fitting connections.
Filter cartridges PP
Polypropylene is the material most commonly used for the production of filter cartridges. Polypropylene (PP) is distinguished by its broad chemical resistance and good processability into nonwovens. The filter media used in our polypropylene filter cartridges have been selected and combined in such a way that we can offer both a selection of depth filter cartridges and pleated polypropylene filter cartridges. Each of our filter cartridges has special properties, whether for filtering nanoparticle slurries, digital inks, automotive coatings (vehicle series coatings) or adapted for the filtration of high-viscosity liquids. We are happy to advise you and provide samples for testing. Only through comparative testing can you find the most efficient filter cartridge for your application. Do you test on a laboratory scale? Our polypropylene filters are available as depth filters or pleated filter cartridges.
