PREDU ® P
PREDU® P, our pilot operated pressure reducing valve with precise control – even with high and widely varying flow rates and inlet pressures. The PREDU® P is a self-acting pilot operated pressure reducing valve for use on steam and air, that will accurately control downstream pressure (P2), regardless of the upstream pressure (P1), or demand from the system. A pilot valve senses the downstream pressure (P2) which in turn controls the main valve. The result is a very narrow proportional band which together with the low hysteresis enables very precises and stable pressure control.

FABA®
The FABA® Plus is a metal-seated shut-off valve with throttling characteristics. The spindle is isolated from the atmosphere by a stainless steel bellows with downstream gland packing. This makes the valve leak-tight in accordance with EN 12266, leakage rate A. The bellows, and therefore the spindle seal, is maintenance-free and therefore has no energy losses. The almost linear characteristic curve enables slow opening and closing and thus increases the service life of the valve and therefore of the entire system. The FABA® Plus is therefore ideally designed for all steam applications, for heat transfer oil applications in accordance with DIN 4754, for hot water applications with temperatures above 100 °C and for fluid group I media.

SAFE/REYCO®
The full-lift safety valve SAFE® series 900 is a spring-loaded safety valve with high capacity and has a robust and rapid opening characteristic. The SAFE® series 900 is type-approwed in accordance with VdTÜV, EN ISO 4126-1, AD2000-A2, TRD421 and ASME Sec. XIII. The full-lift safety valves SAFE® series 900 are classically used in hot water and steam systems as well as industrial applications with high capacity. - Balanced bellows are compensated build up and super imposed back pressure and are additionally redundant tight with primer and secondary sealing, including a redundant balanced piston - Low pressure balanced bellows for blow-down systems in chemical industries. - Compliance with stricter emission limits in systems with critical media in accordance with EN ISO 15848-1, TA-Luft, VDI2440 - Protection of the spring room and guiding against dirt particles and aggressive media. Avoid spring and guide corrosion. - The low-pressure bellows increases the range of our portfolio and gives us more opportunities to become active in critical areas. For the market launch, we will be able to supply SAFE and SAFE-P with VdTÜV- approved balanced bellows in the pressure range of 0.3 - 3 barg.
ZETRIX® / ZEDOX HEXO®
ARI-ZETRIX: The triple offset process-valve, metal sealing, self-aligning, for challanging applications The disc of the ZETRIX® valve can completely isolate the flow of liquid and gaseous media by means of a 90° open/closed swivel movement. This butterfly valve is versatile, has a long service life and is reliably sealed even under the toughest operating conditions. ARI-ZEDOX: The High Performance-valve, double eccentric, metallic sealing The ZEDOX® is a double-eccentric high-performance butterfly valve that is used to shut off and / or throttle liquid and gaseous media. The double-eccentric sealing principle of the ZEDOX® (double offset of the pivot point) reduces the angle at which the disc comes into contact with the seat compared to centric butterfly valves - and thus relieves the metal seal when opening. the metal seal when opening.
